AI automation for small businesses, with a person in the loop
AI automation hands the work your team repeats, such as sorting email or chasing invoices, to software. We walk through how your team works today, automate anything you do more than three times, train your team and run it with you for the first month. A person approves anything a customer sees. Timing depends on how many processes we automate.

What we do
Watch how the work happens
We sit with the people who do the job today and map each step with them. In Tampa Bay we do that in person; elsewhere in the US, over video and a shared workspace.
Automate the repeat work
We build the automation for the steps your team repeats, starting with the task that costs the most hours each week, and test it before your team relies on it.
Keep a person in the loop
A person on your team approves anything a customer will see, such as an email reply or an invoice reminder, before it goes out.
Report back every morning
Each morning you get a brief with what the automation did and the day’s business numbers. For the first month we run it with you and fix what breaks.

Where we start
We start with the task that costs your team the most hours each week. Anything you do more than three times is a candidate. How long the project takes depends on how many processes we automate.
What you see each morning
Workflows report back through Mission Control, the dashboard we build for your business. These two screens use illustrative data: the morning brief and the list of customer leads.

Questions
Which business processes can AI automate?
The best candidates are tasks your team repeats every day with the same steps: sorting email, answering routine questions, entering orders, updating a CRM, chasing invoices and writing reports. We start with the task that costs the most hours each week and keep a person approving anything a customer will see.
What does an AI automation consultant do?
An AI automation consultant finds the tasks in a business worth handing to software, then builds the automations that do them. The good ones measure the hours saved each week and stay on to fix what breaks. A person on your team still approves anything that goes to a customer.
Will the AI send anything to customers on its own?
No. A person on your team approves anything a customer will see before it goes out, and for the first month we run the workflow with you.
Do you work with businesses outside Tampa Bay?
Yes. We are based in Tampa Bay, Florida, and meet local clients in person. We also drive to clients elsewhere in Florida, from Miami to the east coast. Clients in the rest of the US work with us over video calls and a shared workspace, and we travel for the first mapping sessions when a project needs it.
