Small business websites built to be found

A website built to be found answers the questions your customers ask, in plain words Google and ChatGPT can read and quote, and your business details match on every listing. We check what those tools say about you today, rebuild the pages that matter, fix your listings and report back every month.

What we do

  1. Check your site and what ChatGPT says about you

We go through your current site page by page. Then we ask ChatGPT and Google the questions your customers ask, and write down who gets named instead of you.

  2. Rebuild the pages that matter

We rebuild the pages customers use to decide, so each one answers a real question at the top in plain words, with the structured data Google and AI tools read. This site works the same way: each service has its own page.

  3. Fix your Google and directory listings

We correct and fill out your Google Business Profile and the directories in your field, so your name, phone and hours match everywhere.

  4. Report back every month

Each month we ask the same questions again and show you where you are named, who is named instead and what we changed on the site.

Why the site and the listings go together

On October 6, 2026 we asked ChatGPT 13 questions a Tampa Bay business owner might ask, twice each. In at least 8 of its 26 answers, ChatGPT showed a business it named as a map card. Google’s local map, which showed three businesses for 7 of our 8 Tampa questions, is built from Google Business Profiles, so your listings matter alongside your website. When we asked for the best web design company for small businesses in Tampa, both of its answers cited Clutch, a directory of agencies, and so did Google’s AI Overview.

Your website is one place these tools read about you. Your Google Business Profile and the directories in your field are others, so we fix them in the same project as the site.

How ChatGPT chooses which businesses to recommend

Every site we build is a customer funnel

A site that gets found still has to turn a visit into a call. In a customer funnel we build the site around one main action (a call, a quote or a booking), set up follow-up so every new lead hears back in minutes, and send a review request after each job. It takes about four to six weeks, and the website work above is part of it.

Questions

How much does a small business website cost?

Every project is priced for the business it’s built for, so the price comes in a proposal after we’ve learned how yours runs. The demo and plan we make before the intro call are free.

How long does a new website take?

We build every site as a customer funnel: a new site built around one action, your listings fixed, follow-up and review requests. It takes about four to six weeks.

Will a new website get us recommended by ChatGPT?

No one can guarantee that. ChatGPT and Google choose from what they find across the web, including your listings and the directories in your field. We make sure what they find about you is accurate and quotable, and we measure how often you are named every month.

Do you only build websites for businesses in Tampa?

No. We are based in Tampa Bay, Florida, and meet local clients in person. We also drive to clients elsewhere in Florida, from Miami to the east coast. Clients in the rest of the US work with us over video calls and a shared workspace, and we travel for the first mapping sessions when a project needs it.
