What we collect

• When you book a call: your business in a sentence, your name and your email, the first page you landed on, the site that sent you and any campaign tags in the link. Cal.com then records the time you pick and your answer to “How did you find us?”, and passes the booking to Mission Control, the system we run Colorful Systems on.
• When you run the free AI visibility check: your business name, trade, city and website, a coded form of your IP address, deleted after 30 days, so each visitor gets three checks a day, and your email if you ask us to send the details.
• When you browse: the pages you visit, what you click, your steps through the homepage walk-through and the booking form, and a replay of the visit with everything you type hidden. PostHog also notes your browser, your device and a rough location from your IP address. Once you send the booking form, PostHog links your visits to your Mission Control record by an ID number, never your name or email. All of this runs only on www.colorfulsystems.ai, and you can turn it off below.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, to research your business, to build the free demo and short plan before your call (we share the demo with you at a private link on colorfulsystems.ai), and to run the check you asked for. We use the browsing data to see which pages and steps lead people to book a call. We don't share any of it with advertisers.

Who handles it for us

• Vercel hosts this site, the booking form and Mission Control, and its server logs include your IP address. The form also checks your IP address, in memory only, to stop spam.
• Resend sends the site's emails: Josh's notice of your request, your confirmation when you send the form, and the details of a free check if you ask for them.
• Supabase hosts the database behind Mission Control, which holds your details.
• Cal.com runs the booking calendar and tells Mission Control when you book.
• Google Workspace holds our email and calendar, including your booking, and hosts the call on Google Meet. Google Fonts serves this site's typeface, so your browser fetches it from Google, which sees your IP address.
• PostHog records the visits described above, on its US servers.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that each free AI check is started by a person. It sees your IP address and details of your browser, and asks you to click only when it can't tell.
• For the free AI check, DataForSEO asks ChatGPT and Google questions built from your trade and city, and Anthropic's Claude reads each answer. Claude also helps us research your business and build your demo from what you send.

Cookies

PostHog stores an ID in a cookie and in your browser's local storage so it can recognize your browser when you come back, for up to a year. The booking form keeps where your visit started (the first page, the site that sent you and any campaign tags) in session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab. Turning analytics off saves that one setting in local storage. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes all of them. This site sets no advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Your details stay in Mission Control until you ask us to delete them. Ask, and within 30 days we'll delete them from Mission Control, our email and calendar, Cal.com and PostHog. If we've worked together, we keep the agreement and payment records the law requires.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email josh@colorfulsystems.ai or call (813) 291-4033. To stop the site's analytics in this browser, use the switch below; PostHog also stays off when your browser sends Do Not Track. This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.

Who we are
