Turn the visitors you get into booked calls
A sales funnel is the path from a first visit to a booked call. We find the objection that stops your customers, build the page that answers it around one action, capture every lead and follow up automatically, so each one hears back in minutes. Our Customer funnel takes about four to six weeks.

What we do
Find the real objection
Before we build anything, we sit with you and your team to find the question people need answered before they call, ask for a quote or book.
Build the page that answers it
We build the site around one main action (a call, a quote or a booking) and answer that question on the page in plain words, which Google and ChatGPT can read too.
Capture every lead
We capture every request that comes through the site, so none of them sit unanswered in an inbox.
Follow up automatically
Every new lead hears back in minutes. After each job your customer gets a review request, and each month we report on where AI recommends you and what we improved.

What the Customer funnel includes
It starts with getting you recommended: a check of what ChatGPT and Google say about you, your Google Business Profile and listings set up or corrected, and a site AI tools can read and quote.
On top of it we build the funnel site and set up follow-up for every new lead, review requests after each job and a monthly report on where AI recommends you. You approve the wording of the follow-up and review messages before they go live. The whole project takes about four to six weeks.
This site works the same way
Our own site uses the same form and booking flow. The form at the bottom of this page asks what your business does, then your name and email. It files you as a lead in Mission Control, the system we run the company on, and opens a calendar on the same page so you can book the 30-minute intro call.
Soilcea’s funnel
Soilcea offers two citrus rootstocks, CarriCea T1 and BeneCea D1, to growers. Its site at soilcea.com walks a visitor from the problem (huanglongbing disease and the cost of doing nothing) to the rootstocks, the team behind them and a benefit calculator.

Questions
What is a sales funnel for a small business?
It is the path a customer takes from finding you to calling, asking for a quote or booking a job. A good one builds its page around one of those actions, captures every request and follows up within minutes.
How long does a funnel take to build?
About four to six weeks. That covers the funnel site, your listings, follow-up and review requests. After launch we report every month on where AI recommends you.
Why ask for a review after every job?
ChatGPT recommends businesses it can find and trust, and reviews on the sites in your field are part of what it reads. A request after every job keeps new reviews coming in while the work is fresh in the customer’s mind.
How much does a funnel cost?
Every project is priced for the business it’s built for, so the price comes in a proposal after we’ve learned how yours runs. The demo and plan we make before the intro call are free.
